Velvet Harvest Sour

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz London dry gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine gin, fresh lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a large pitcher and chill until very cold, at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.
- Chill the egg white in a small jar until cold.
- For each cocktail, shake the gin mixture, egg white, and orange marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, about 1 minute.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
