Ingredients

  • 1 box (2 oz) flan dessert mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup rum

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine the flan mixture and whole milk. Stir constantly and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, then transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours until it sets completely.
  3. In a blender, combine the curdled flan, condensed milk, and rum. Blend until well incorporated.
  4. Using a funnel, transfer the eggnog to a glass bottle, cover, and refrigerate.
