Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon light corn syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
  • 3 cups ice (for a thicker drink, use 1 cup)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup vodka (or light rum)
  • 1/4 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (not coconut milk)

Instructions
