Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz. vodka
  • 0.75 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. Cream of Coconut

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in honey and coconut flakes until coated.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add around 1 cup of ice and all the other ingredients.
  3. Shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
