Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lemon (Cut in halves)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Ice
  • Fresh Mint (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon and cut it in half.
  2. Squeeze the lemon halves to release the juice into a pitcher.
  3. Add water, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the pitcher.
  4. Stir the mixture well.
  5. Add ice to the pitcher if serving immediately, or chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
