Ingredients
- 1/2 Lemon (Cut in halves)
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Ice
- Fresh Mint (Optional)
Instructions
- Wash the lemon and cut it in half.
- Squeeze the lemon halves to release the juice into a pitcher.
- Add water, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the pitcher.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Add ice to the pitcher if serving immediately, or chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
